The HUSCIE European Network Secretariat is based in Valladolid (Spain). Its main responsibility is to provide support to the Steering Committee of the network and provide the needed assistance in order to generate ideas in concrete projects and actions with the aim of improving the quality of life of people who are marginalised by economics, race, gender, education, social, mental or physical situation. HUSCIE European Network team monitors closely the work of the European institutions and the development of EU policy and legislation.
